Who is responsible for processing your data?
HASTING TRADUCCIONES, S.L.U. is the data controller in charge of processing your personal data, which will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April (GDPR), and the Personal Data Protection Act 3/2018, of 5 December.
What do we process your data for and why?
Depending on the form in which we have obtained your data, we will process them confidentially for the following purposes:

- Sending commercial quotations for products and services (for the performance of a contract or pre-contract, Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
How long will we keep your data?
We will keep your data for as long as we need to in order to fulfil the purpose of processing it, or until the law says we have to. When they are no longer needed for that purpose, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to make sure the data cannot be traced or destroyed.
Who do we share your data with?
We won't share your personal data with third parties, unless we need to do so to develop and carry out the purposes of the processing, or to our communications-related service providers. We have signed confidentiality and data processor agreements with these service providers, which are required by current privacy regulations.
Your rights

This data is needed to meet your request. You can choose to include data in the other fields. As a USER, you promise that the personal data you give to the

The DATA CONTROLLER informs you that you must provide all the information requested on this website because it is needed to deliver the best service to USERS. If you don't provide any data, we can't guarantee that the information and services we provide will be completely tailored to your needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
The DATA CONTROLLER is following all the rules of the GDPR and the Spanish Personal Data Protection Act when it comes to processing personal data. It makes sure that it follows the rules set out in Article 5 of the GDPR. These rules say that data must be processed in a lawful, fair and transparent way. They also say that data must be adequate, relevant and limited to what is needed for the purposes for which it is processed.
The DATA CONTROLLER has made sure that it has the right technical and organisational policies in place to make sure that the security measures set out in the GDPR and the Spanish Personal Data Protection Act are being followed.
